Ingredients:

· 3 oz. Rum
· 4 oz. Egg Substitute
· 3/4 oz. Skimmed Milk
· 1/3 oz. Evaporated Milk
· 3 tbsp. Sugar
· 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
  1. In a Punch Bowl, whip Egg Substitute and Sugar together
  2. Add in Evaporated Milk, Skimmed Milk, Vanilla and Rum
  3. Mix well
  4. Chill overnight
  5. Serve in Coffee Cups
  6. Garnish with Nutmeg
