- In a Saucepan, heat up Lemon Juice, Ginger, Sugar and 2 oz. of Ale until Sugar is dissolved
- In a Bowl, beat up Egg Yolk with Brandy
- Beat Saucepan mixture into the Bowl
- Pour into a Beer Stein
- Top with Ale
