Ingredients:
· 48 oz. Pale Ale
· 12 oz. Brandy
· 12 oz. Water
· 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
· Pinch Ginger
· Pinch Nutmeg
· 4 Clove(s)
· 8 Lemon Slice(s)

Glass Type:
Instructions:
- Set a Saucer Pan on Med-High heat
- Add in Brown Sugar, Lemon Slices, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg, Ginger and Water
- Stir frequently until Brown Sugar is dissolved
- Let mixture reach a boil then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minuets
- Add in Brandy and Pale Ale (do not allow to boil
- Pour into a Punch Bowl
- Serve in Beer Mugs
- Garnish with a Lemon Slice
