Ingredients:
· 12 oz. Brandy
· 4 oz. Rum
· 32 oz. Milk
· 16 oz. Cream
· 3/4 cup Sugar
· 6 Egg(s)

Instructions:
- Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs
- Beat yolks slowly in a Punch Bowl while adding in sugar, mix until pale and golden
- Add in Brandy, Rum, Milk and Cream
- Beat
- In a separate bowl, whisk Egg Whites until stiff
- Add to Punch Bowl and fold
- Serve in a Coffee Cup
- Garnish with Whipped Cream and Nutmeg
