Ingredients:
· 3 oz. Rum
· 4 oz. Egg Substitute
· 3/4 oz. Skimmed Milk
· 1/3 oz. Evaporated Milk
· 3 tbsp. Sugar
· 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Glass Type:
Instructions:
- In a Punch Bowl, whip Egg Substitute and Sugar together
- Add in Evaporated Milk, Skimmed Milk, Vanilla and Rum
- Mix well
- Chill overnight
- Serve in Coffee Cups
- Garnish with Nutmeg
